Anya Tronson

Anya has been involved with CATZ since the Summer of 2002, first as an athlete and now as a coach. As a college athlete looking for an edge, she came to CATZ to improve her strength, agility and speed. As a coach she was a staff member of the original CATZ in Pasadena before joining CATZ in Anaheim California, and now becoming the Director of CATZ – Starfire. Anya’s list of clients include Misty May Treanor, beach volleyball Gold medalist for the Beijing Olympics, top AVP players April Ross, and Jen Boss. She will work with the Sounders FC at Starfire.

Anya is originally from Cashmere, Washington. She came to Southern California to attend Biola University and to participate at the collegiate level in Soccer and Track and Field. She has competed at the national level in both sports. As captain of the Women’s Soccer team she led the team to their first National NAIA Soccer Tournament appearance in 2004, as a center back. Also, during her collegiate career she competed at the National NAIA Track and Field meet in the Javelin, taking 15th in the Nation, in 2004.

Anya holds a B.S. in Physical Education, a Teaching Credential from BiolaUniversity and has just completed masters in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Anya taught weightlifting classes at BiolaUniversity for the last four years, while acting as the Assistant Women’s Soccer Coached from 2005-2009 at BiolaUniversity. While in California, she coached a U-14 Girls Soccer Club Team: AC BREA, Brea, CA

Anya is the creator of the InSTEP Program for AC BREA, Brea CA.

Anya has a passion for others to succeed and loves to workout and have fun!

In Anya’s, spare time she loves to snow ski(she holds a PSIA Level II certification as a ski instructor), train for triathlons, and play soccer.

Jordan Jennings

Jordan graduated from Seattle University in June 2009 where he played soccer and since then has become a Certified Personal Trainer and received his C.S.C.S. (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).

Jordan played 2 years of soccer at the University of Washington and 3 years at Seattle University where he was a goalkeeper. He has also played for the Tacoma Tide FC the last 4 years. In 2008 the Tide won the Northwest Division and reached the “Elite 8″ of the Premier Development League. In December 2008 he was invited to participate in the 2008 U.S.L. Player Combine in Charleston, S.C. and was invited into Seattle Sounders FC training camp from January to March of 2009. Jordan is still working to play soccer at the professional level.

Jordan enjoys training athletes from all sports who have a strong desire to become better at their sport.

Jordan grew up in Tacoma, Washington and attended Stadium High School.
