What is CATZ Kids Fitness? (Ages 5-11)

CATZ kids fitness is an effective, engaging, and creative way to prepare kids for a lifetime of fitness and sport activity.

CATZ kids fitness was developed to help kids with coordination, motor skills, build confidence, prevent injury, and provide a solid foundation for their active future.

CATZ kids fitness is for ages 5-11 years old and is 60 minutes long with classes that run all day long, to fit your busy schedule.

The goal of CATZ kids fitness is to encourage, support and create a fun environment to ensure that kids are “SWEATIN’ and SMILING”

CATZ Kids are also able to start earning their CATZ t-shirts.  These t-shirts are based on a progressive achievement program.

Kids can workout with their friends or siblings.  All in all this is chance for kids to get moving and making healthy choices for a lifetime.
