Most of the exercises I was doing I’d never done before, but I had seen NBA players doing them at their off season workouts on ESPN so I knew I was getting the best. I did my workouts with Anya Tronson and she knew exactly how to tailor them towards basketball and the things I would be doing on the court, ex. Jumping, sprinting, lunging, twisting, pushing, pulling.
