Sport Fitness at CATZ is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for the young to highly competitive athlete. This strength and conditioning program will help the athlete in balance, coordination, cardio endurance, strength, power, flexibility, speed and agility. The Sport Fitness program is designed to meet the needs of all sports and all athletes.
Every workout the athlete goes through will have all components of fitness of their sport within the workout. Also, each workout will really focus on proper technique and injury prevention. This is to help increase your athletes’ time on the field playing to their potential instead of sitting out of the action.
Sport Fitness at CATZ is a step towards our performance training. Where they get a taste of a good hard workout that has specifics to their sport but is not as comprehensive as our Performance training.
Sport Fitness is about preparing your athlete for the demands physical and mentally for their sport. We will get your athlete stronger. We will get your athlete more powerful. We will help your athlete run faster in all directions. Most importantly we will help your athlete enjoy fitness while they are working really, really hard.
Sport Fitness at CATZ is an hour-long workout, within a small group setting. The workout is intense, engaging, and extremely helpful in the development of the complete athlete. The Sport Fitness class at CATZ is all about being fit to go harder, longer, and becoming the best athlete you can.
